Is Prosolve a consultancy?
Prosolve advises, but a report is not the finish line. We take on the work of establishing, building, staffing and running a business, and one named owner stays accountable until it is done.
Is Prosolve tied to any vendor or free zone?
No. Prosolve is vendor-neutral. We recommend the jurisdiction, suppliers and specialists that fit each case, and show you who they are and why.
Is any problem too small for Prosolve?
No. A single stuck permit is as welcome as a full market entry. Small problems left alone tend to become big ones.
Does Prosolve work outside the UAE?
Yes. Prosolve has its roots in the UAE and its network delivers across the GCC, India, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.
Can Prosolve help close or wind up a company?
Yes. We run restructuring, share transfers and liquidations end to end, including the liquidator, creditor notice, employee and visa clearances, tax deregistration and final licence cancellation.
